No, you are not required to have a PayPal or Google Checkout account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have either you can use it to speed up the checkout process.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We offer USPS and UPS shipping services depending upon order weight and destination country. USPS Express Mail is the fastest shipping service available, 1-2 day delivery within the United States, and 5 business day delivery internationally. Tracking numbers are provided for all domestic shipments. International tracking service is available on Global Express Mail shipping only.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

Shipping costs vary by weight starting at $4.95 for economy shipping on our lightest items and more expensive on heavier orders such as the full costume.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours or less and promptly shipped by our state-of-the-art shipping facility in New York state. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email when your order is dispatched. First Class Mail and Ground Shipping are the longest shipping services and Express Mail is the fastest at 1-2 days domestically and 5 business days internationally.
