Shipments are dispatched from our facilities in New York and Massachusetts to destinations around the globe. Domestically, we offer expedited mail services including USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day estimated delivery) and USPS Express (1-2 day guaranteed delivery). UPS Ground delivery times range from 2-6 business days, while we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air (guaranteed by end of 2nd business day) and UPS Next Day Air guaranteed on the business day after it ships typically by 10:30AM (or 3:00PM for Next Day Saver).
For Canadian residents we offer First Class Mail (7-14 day estimated delivery) along with USPS Express International (3-5 day guaranteed delivery to most locations). For faster delivery to Canada we also offer DHL Express (guaranteed delivery from 2-3 business days).
For overseas residents USPS Priority Mail International (6-12 working days), USPS Express Mail International (4-6 working days to most locations) and DHL Express (3-5 business days) are offered for expedited delivery.
To receive your order prior to Halloween we recommend that overseas residents select Priority Mail International shipping by 10/14, customers selecting Express Mail order by 10/20 and customers selecting DHL Express order by 10/21 to allow for delivery before 10/31/2017.
We recommend that Canada residents selecting Priority Mail International order by 10/18 and customers selecting Express Mail International or UPS Standard order by 10/21 to allow for delivery before 10/31/2017. Canada residents may also select DHL Express for 2-3 business day delivery.
